転職活動 Job search_Day 6

日曜日なので転職活動はしませんでしたが、自分の今後の働き方について漠然と考えていました。私は新卒で入社したJTCに11年勤務したあと外資→JTC→外資と転職を重ねてトータル4社経験しています。３社目の日系企業では年収がちょい下がりでしたが、それ以外では一応年収アップの転職ができたため、前職では４０歳で１５００万円貰えていました。

ただ、業界的にこれ以上の年収を狙うのは自分の能力的にも難しそうという思いと、今後は給料よりも家族との時間や趣味を重視するような働き方がしたいという希望があります。そんな都合の良いポジションの募集があれば良いのですが、これまでの経験から年齢的にもJTCへの転職は厳しいし、万が一採用されても働き難いだろうなと思っています。個人的には小回りのきく日本支社の組織が小さな外資を狙っています。

I did not do job search as it’s Sunday but I was thinking about my next working style. I worked at JTC for 11 years after graduated, and then moved to foreign company -> JTC ->foreign company. Eventually I could get annual 15 mil JPY at previous job.

However, I feel that it would be difficult for me to aim for a higher salary in the industry, and I would like to prioritize family time and hobbies than salary in the future. I wish there was an opening for such a fancy position, but from my past experience, I think it would be difficult for me to move to JTC and find it in JTC even if I were fortunately hired. I am aiming for a foreign company with a small organization in a Japanese branch.
